Availability
Most of our items are available for same day delivery however some items require a lead time if highly popular. If an item is out of stock please contact us and we will inform you of the fastest ship time for that item, most do not take more than 7 - 14 days.

Purchase Contract
A contract between you and Montana Bag Works for the purchase of our goods will exist once a representative of Montana Bag Works confirms your order to you via email. This will be deemed complete regardless of whether for reasons outside our control you have not received that email.


The details you have provided have been given with your permission and your email will be used to update you occasionally with any offers and newsletters, unless otherwise stated and you have the right to opt out at any time. 
All purchases are for personal or gift use of the buyer only. Montana Bag Works reserves the right to restrict quantities of any one item being shipped to one customer or address. You agree that email can be used as a long distance means of communication


When registering you will be asked for a username and password. It is your responsibility to keep that information safe. Montana Bag Works reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the site without notice if the site is misused.

Our Bags, Wallets and Items
Montana Bag Works takes care that its descriptions and images are as accurate as possible but we cannot control monitor color variations on computer screens. Variations on color hues, finish and texture when buying online is unavoidable.
Information on website is a guide only and are subject to change without notice. All measurements are approximate width, depth and height. Handle or long/short chains are indicated on the description of said item. Measurements are of width, height and depth.


We try to be sure that information posted on the www.montanabagworks.com is up to date, but do not accept liability for any omissions and or errors. We reserve the right to change descriptions, details, prices, products and services. Sales on the website are in motion and fluid at any given day, henceforth we cannot promise delays in supply will not occur. If an item is not available immediately for dispatch we will inform you by email of the next delivery date to ship and await your feedback on whether to refund your order or ship on the updated ship date stated.

Returns: Product Exchange/Refund

Should you wish to return an item we are happy to offer an exchange or refund. Please request a return into your account or contact us first at info@montanabagworks.com so we can execute the return. Returns should be addressed to: Montana Bag Works. The items are required to be returned within 14 days of receipt after which time, all sales are final and no returns, store credits or exchanges are allowed. All returns must be in perfect, unused condition with tags still attached and with their original packaging. We do not accept returns for scratched, damaged or not in original packaging with tags attached.


Postage is at buyers cost and tracking confirmation is required to be received at info@montanabagworks.com upon return shipment drop off. Please keep receipt as proof of posting as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post. 

Once the item has been inspected and checked a refund will be made via your payment method. Unauthorized returns and returned items that have been used will not be refunded and a charge will be made for the cost to return the item to the buyer.


Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order. If the item has been shipped or delivered you may cancel the item up to 5 working days, starting the day the item was received. You must then follow the returns procedure above for the refund process. You the customer is responsible for the return postage cost.

Damaged Or Defective Product / Return Policy
If your bag is defective or damaged in transit please contact us within 5 days to let us know at info@montanabagworks.com. A fault is classed as a defect in the appearance (printing or smudged for example) or function (zipper not working). Once goods are received we will process a refund plus postage or send a replacement and refund postage. Please return via recorded delivery and we will reimburse the cost of postage. However also note that if an item is determined not to be defective then the terms for refunds and exchanges will apply and return postage will not be reimbursed.
